We offer flat rate shipping options to your door step all around Jordan.

Orders received before 2:00 PM. (Amman Time) will be processed the same day.

Orders received after 2:00 PM. (Amman Time), on weekends, and on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Cost

  • Free delivery in Amman and other governorates for orders over 80 JD.
  • Standard Delivery: 3 JD in Amman and other governorates.
  • Express Delivery (Same Day): 5 JD in Amman and other governorates.

At Al-Manara Services, we offer goods with an exchange option once the order is completed and the product has been delivered. By purchasing any item from our site, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur during the delivery process. 

Therefore, we honour exchange requests under the following conditions:

  1. Major Defects

    Although all products undergo thorough testing before release, unexpected issues may arise. Such cases must be reported to our customer service department for review and approval by our technical support team. If approved, the product can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value. If the new product is priced higher, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

  2. Product Not as Described

    If the delivered product does not match its description, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will arrange an exchange for a product of equal or higher value. If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.

  • To complete an exchange, you must contact us and present the original invoice or receipt.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days from the date on the receipt.
